BUILDING & PLUMBING PERMITSBuilding permits are available to be printed up by clicking the link below. If you are building a new home, you will also be required to fill out a Declaration of Applicant for Building Permit Regarding the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act at our office, or you can pick one up at the office or have one mailed. For further information, contact the clerks department at (519) 867-2021 or by e-mail at building@twp.stclair.on.ca Building & plumbing permits are required for many home projects. The County of Lambton Building Services Department issue permits for St. Clair Township.
